- I have been involved with many real estate transactions in my day, but never one over 1,000 miles away. Living in Buffalo NY, i have always thought of buying a place in Florida but didn't feel comfortable because of my lack of knowledge in that area of the country. Tim took all the fears away. He made me feel comfortable about where my wife and I wanted to be. Next came the search and negotiation. It couldn't have gone better. We already had $20,000 in equity upon closing. On top of that the rents for just the four winter months pays all of our carrying costs and puts money in our pockets.
